Where possible, previous user account information from the individual PCT sites has been transferred.

- Also use your username as a temporary password
- You will be required to change your password when you first enter the site

Forgotten your username?
If you can’t remember your username, click on the ‘Forgotten password?’ link underneath the login section. If you add your email address, your login information will be automatically emailed to you. Be sure to check your junk folder for possible new alerts.
Previous Certificates
No assessment results or certificates have been transferred. So if you have have been awarded a certificate on one of the old sites and haven’t printed it off please contact the Helpdesk. Any further assessments and certificates should be taken through this new site.
